Breastfeeding 101: A 2-Hour virtual consultation for breastfeeding/chest-feeding in preparation for the baby's arrival. - Learn the basics of physiology, lactation process. - Discuss latch, holds, positioning, comfort, and scheduling. - Discuss potential issues that could arise and solutions. - Use teaching tools to practice holds, hand expression. - Review breast pump you own.
