Are you looking for guidance in how to make decisions in pregnancy, childbirth and with your newborn at a time where new information emerges faster than we can keep up with it? Join us for a 4 week express online series with Lucy Paradiso for a childbirth class that gives you the flexibility of online learning as well as the support of in-person connections and continued education for supporting your new family. Classes include: * Mentorship from an experienced Evidence Based Birth® Instructor * 4 online mentorship classes with your EBB Instructor and classmates to prepare for the labor process and practice your labor skills * 3 months access to online videos for you and your partner(s) to watch together (with closed captions in English and Spanish!) * In-depth, spiral-bound workbook in physical or digital format (your choice!) * BONUS: Breastfeeding/chestfeeding and newborn care videos Get Empowered With a Childbirth Class You Will Love!
